NSW WHS (Mines) legislation consultation (May 2014)
NSW Trade & Investment is now seeking written submissions on the draft NSW Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulation 2014. Submissions must be received by 27 June 2014.
A discussion paper is available that highlights particular issues for comment. It is strongly recommended that you review the discussion paper as well as the draft regulation, as it will help provide context around the development of the new legislative framework.
